𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒘𝒆 𝒅𝒊𝒅𝒏’𝒕 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒓? [𝑨.𝑩.]
Usually, it means that something bad happened to our project that could have been avoided.
As project leaders, this might be one of the scariest things we can be asked… It definitely felt scary to me😉! I still remember that feeling of ‘how could I have not seen it coming?’ as if it were yesterday…
Developing a product involves taking risks, but we can’t just rush through it blindly. We must think about the risks, the probability and possible consequences, and work hard to minimize the chance of something going wrong.
If we get asked that question, it means we didn’t think things through. We let the project lead us instead of the other way around. Let’s use that as a lesson to improve and make our development process stronger!
