Marco Iannitto

Founder

Marco is a mechanical engineer with a passion for pushing boundaries in the automotive and deep-tech worlds. His journey has taken him from developing iconic models like the LaFerrari and the SF90 at Ferrari to leading the launch of the world-record-breaking Rimac Nevera. Along the way, he has built teams, established new departments, and helped secure key investments like Volkswagen’s stake in Rimac.

After a transformative two-year backpacking journey around the world, he gained fresh insights into leadership and innovation. Today, as the founder of TechDel Consulting, Marco is dedicated to helping companies across various industries grow, streamline their operations, and achieve their full potential. He has faced the challenges firsthand—whether it’s streamlining development, cutting costs, or managing risks—and now he is here to guide others through them.

Glenn Tan

Scale up & Expansion Operations Specialist

Glenn Tan is the Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of Tan Chong International Limited, a leading automotive company in Asia. Since 2001, his main expertise lies in setting up, expanding and managing the local operations of the business units within the ASEAN region.
 
Glenn has played a pivotal role in growing the automotive retail and distribution business and setup and management of factories across Asia, as well as leading the stragic direction of the Automotive Logistics Business in Japan. He has concurrently been serving as the President of the Motor Traders Association in Singapore, representing the industry in discussions with the government and mounting the revamped Sinagpore Motor Show since 2014.
